Students in journalism class and in the after-school activity work together to produce the Senn-Times, the student newspaper. They write all the articles, take photos, and edit the work before putting it together in a page design program. The club provides real-world experience, in that the students' work is distributed to the entire school community.

Students who work on the newspaper after school can earn service learning hours. We put in many extra hours after school as we near the deadline for each issue. Students may join the Senn-Times staff by speaking to Ms. Dickey.
