IB Prep Curriculum

The Nicholas Senn High School IB Prep Program was developed to prepare freshman and sophomore students for the academic rigor of the IB Diploma Programme. IB Prep students are enrolled in honors classes in the core curriculum subject areas. Interested, eligible students are encouraged to start the program in 9th grade. Senn IB Prep students follow the sequence of courses listed below.

9th Grade 10th Grade
English I Honors English II Honors
Algebra I Honors Geometry Honors
Environmental Science Honors Chemistry
World Studies Honors AP United States History
Spanish I Honors Spanish II Honors
 
Note: All core curriculum classes are honors level. Alternate courses may be required for students with previous credit or experience in Spanish or Mathematics.
