We are excited to announce that Heartland Health Center will have Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations available next Wednesday, June 2, from 12:45-5:00 p.m. in the Senn Parking Lot. The vaccine is available for everyone 12 years of age and older. 12-17 year-olds must have a parent present to provide consent. To schedule an appointment for the vaccine, please call Heartland Health at 773-751-1860. Please see the attached flyer for additional details.
