General Admissions

Thank you for your interest in applying to Senn High School!

Admission to Senn High School is governed by the GoCPS application process (www.go.cps.edu). Applications for the 2023-24 school year opens on September 21, 2022. 

Students who live within Senn's attendance boundary (check the CPS School Locator) may apply to the neighborhood program where you can join our Major Studies & IB Career Prep programs.  These programs are available to any student within Senn's attendance boundaries. 

Students within Senn's attendance boundaries may also apply (through gocps.edu) for the Diploma Program or Arts program as well.  For these programs, there are additional qualifications that must be met.  Please see the information regarding those programs on alternative tabs.

*Senn is a wall to wall IB (International Baccalaureate) High School, thus all students will participate in the IB Middle Years Programme in 9th and 10th grade, and have access to college-level AP (Advanced Placement, Dual Credit and IB courses in 11th and 12th grades.
