Enrollment Information
Note: 9th graders who applied through GoCPS are not required to complete
The first step in the enrollment process is to confirm that you live within Senn's attendance boundaries by entering your current address at https://schoolinfo.cps.edu/schoollocator
Once the address is confirmed, please bring the following documents to Senn HS during registration hours.
- Proof of address (2 required) - Current utility bill, Illinois driver's license or State of Illinois, MediPlan/Medicaid card, Illinois Department of Public Aid Card
- Proof of Guardianship - current driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Birth Record - birth certificate, baptismal record, passport, or court documents
- Proof of Immunization - physical examination is required to enter 9th grade.
- High School Transcript - evaluated transcript for international students
- Students transferring from out of the country are required to have their transcript evaluated by Foreign Student Services before enrolling. Please call 773-553-1936 for more information.

Transfer Requests (leaving Senn HS)
Students who transferring to another school are required to complete withdrawal paperwork in-person. This is required by the district and cannot be done digitally. The new school will be expected to contact Senn High School to request the following records via email or fax.
- Transcript
- Medical and immunization records
- Standardized test scores (if applicable)
- ISBE Transfer Form (if applicable)
- Chromebook and Charger must be return
- All outstanding debt paid in full
