Mission
Athletics at Nicholas Senn High School fulfill an important part of our mission to develop young men and women and to help build their character through sports. Outstanding coaches and programs help students development discipline, place others before self and handle both joy and disappointments with grace and a generous spirit.
Requirements
- NO STUDENT ATHLETE IS ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE in tryouts, practice, or a game without a current / valid physical. Physicals are valid for 13 months.

- All student athletes must complete a Player Record Packet prior to the first practice.
Grade Checks
Weekly grade checks will be done on Monday morning. No student athlete that is failing a class is allowed to put on a Senn uniform and play in a game. Additionally, student athletes must maintain a 2.0 GPA. A student with a failing grade in any class at the time of the eligibility report (Monday morning) is ineligible for the following week—no questions asked.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend all team functions. Playing time is 100% at the discretion of the coaching staff. Playing time is not an expectation. Student athletes are expected to be at practice, film sessions, meetings, service projects, etc. But this does not guarantee playing time. Missed practice time for any reason can and will result in a loss of playing time.
