Piano Club gives students with and without piano-playing background and opportunity to learn or improve their skills. A student selects which music piece he wants to learn (classical to modern) and its complexity level. Students have performed in daytime and evening piano recitals at the school. In addition, the Piano Club has brought music and joy to the residents of the Admiral Retirement Home. Through its fundraising efforts, the club has purchased audio /video equipment for the piano lab.
A student can earn service learning hours if he participates in evening recitals or recitals held off-campus. Students can join Piano Club by speaking with Mrs. Ivashchenko in room 348 during their lunch period.
